The engraving machine heads are contained within a sealed cavity to keep out dust, oil, moisture and other contaminants. The unit continues to operate normally within an extended temperature range of 0 degrees C and 45 degrees C and humidity between 0 and 90 percent. Kevron engraving machines have no water chillers or TE coolers and require minimal maintenance and lens cleaning.

Kevron understands that the engraving machines have to work in the customer's environment everyday and the facility provides an industrial stand-alone engraving machine, which is also easy to expand into large automation systems. The built-in features of the Kevron engraving machines include four axis of motion control capability, twelve inputs, and twelve outputs, which eliminate the need for external controllers in small to medium automation processes.
